Ben is a great coach! He helped me plan how many calories and how much Protein, carbs, fiber etc I needed to take in the beginning. I had done a lot of fad diets in the past (which did work btw for a short amount of time)- but Ben's advice and coaching really helped me gain a better mindset and a new look on "dieting". I don't even call it a diet anymore, because now, I just have a new lifestyle- how I live and eat just happen to help me lose weight! Thanks Ben!!
