(English follows Japanese) Q. レッスンはどのように始まりますか。 A. まずはZoomで無料インタビューをします。そこで、お客様のご要望や日本語レベルをお聞きし、レッスン日時やレッスン料などのご相談もします。その後、講師がレッスン計画を作成し、お客様のご希望の時期からレッスン開始となります。 Q. How do the lessons begin? A. First, you will have a free interview via Zoom. There, we will discuss your needs and current Japanese skills, as well as the lesson date, time. After that, the instructor will prepare a lesson plan, and the lesson will start at the time of your choice.

(English follows Japanese) 普段、以下のようなお客様に対応しております。 (1) 学生（高校生／大学生／大学院生） - JLPT、EJUをはじめとした各種資格試験対策 - 大学での主なコミュニケーション手段は英語や中国語で、日本語を使う機会が少ないため、もっと日本語でコミュニケーションができるようになりたい - 論文やレポートの添削 (2) 主婦 - 配偶者が日本人のため、日本語でのコミュニケーション力を上げたい - お子さんが話す日本語を理解する必要があるため、日本語での会話練習の機会を持ちたい - 家では日本語を全く話さないが、外に出れば日本語が必要になるため、日常会話ができるようになりたい (3) 会社員（エンジニア、マーケティング、マネジメントなど） - クライアントとのコミュニケーションをもっとスムーズにしたい - 同僚と雑談ができるようになりたい - 仕事では日本語を使わないが、買い物や食事などの際、日本語で会話できるようになりたい - プレゼンテーションの原稿添削や話し方トレーニング (4) 公務員（教師、大使館、政府機関など） - 日本語を話すことができれば、日本での生活がもっと快適になるため、会話力を向上させたい - 学生時代に日本語を学習した経験があり、そこで得た語学力を維持させたい - フォーマルな場面で、失礼のない日本語を話したい Main customers: (1) Students (high school/university/graduate students) - Preparation for JLPT, EJU, and other certification exams - For students who would like to be able to communicate more in Japanese because their main means of communication at university is English or Chinese, so they have few opportunities to use Japanese. - Correction of papers and reports (2) Housewives - Want to improve communication skills in Japanese because their spouses are Japanese. - Need to understand the Japanese spoken by their children and would like to have opportunities to practice speaking in Japanese. - Want to be able to speak daily conversation in Japanese because they do not speak Japanese at home but need to use Japanese when going out. (3) Company employee (engineer, marketing, management, etc.) - Want to communicate more smoothly with clients - Want to be able to chat with co-workers - Usually do not use Japanese at work, but want to be able to communicate in Japanese when shopping, eating, etc. - Correction of presentation drafts and speech training (4) Civil servants (teachers, embassies, government agencies, etc.) - Want to improve conversational skills because the life in Japan will be more comfortable if they can speak Japanese. - Have studied Japanese as a student and want to maintain the language skills gained there. - Want to speak Japanese in formal situations.

(English follows Japanese) 一番印象に残っているのは、医師国家試験の受験対策を担当し、難関突破のお手伝いをすることができたことです。その方にとっては外国語である日本語を使って、日本人と同じ土俵で国家試験に臨むのには相当な困難が伴ったと思いますが、ご本人の相当な努力もあり、試験合格までサポートすることができました。 What left the greatest impression on me was that I was in charge of preparation for the national medical examinations and was able to help her pass the difficult exams. I believe that it was quite difficult for her to take the national exam in Japanese, a foreign language, on the same environment as Japanese native speakers, but she finally passed the exam with her considerable efforts and I was able to support it until the end.

(English follow Japanese) お客様の目標に徹底的に寄り添うレッスンを行っています。 目標を明確に提示してくださるお客様には、こちらからも明確なプランを提示することができるため、満足度の高いレッスンになることが多いです。 最初の段階では目標が明確ではなくても、こちらから随時インタビューをして、自分は何ができるようになりたいかを認識していただいたうえで、レッスンを進めます。 I provide lessons that thoroughly meet the needs of the clients. For clients who clearly present their goals, I am able to present a clear plan, which often leads to highly satisfactory lessons. Even if their goals are not clear at the beginning, I ask them to make sure what they want to be able to do while proceeding with the lesson.

生徒さんが希望する日本語レッスンを行い、 日本語に飽きることがないように心がけています。 例えば、 『敬語を勉強したい』 『J-popを理解したい』 『日常会話を教えてほしい』など 生徒さんに合わせたさまざまな授業をしています。 楽しく授業ができるように 教材での勉強やフリートーク、 日本語クイズなどを織り交ぜて 飽きることがないように 日本語が好きという気持ちが 少しでも大きくなるように、 生徒さんの自主性を大切に 間違えてもいいから 話しやすい環境作りを大切にしています。

毎回、授業の終わりに「今日はこれができるようになった！」を実感してもらえることを大切にしています。
