My wife and I started training with Robert a couple of months ago. He is always friendly and positive, and he arrives with a specific program each time. And his programs work different areas of focus, depending on the wishes of myself and my wife. But what I appreciate most about Robert's training style is that he is very adaptive. I have issues with my neck and shoulders (due to an old surgery), and certain movements aggravate those muscles. Robert is the first trainer that has been able to strengthen those muscles without aggravating them. My wife also has issues with her neck, and Robert is able to switch the agenda when a certain movement is aggravating her neck.
Also, my wife (who is Japanese) enjoys talking to Robert and practicing her English. Robert speaks enough Japanese to communicate, but is also very patient in speaking with my wife when she speaks in English.
