My name is Pulkit Sekhri, and I am from India. I recently moved to Japan as a student (studying Japanese) as a personal interest. I know just Hindi and English, however I think in today’s world it is so important to learn other languages to connect on a deep level with others. How well can you know a country if you don’t speak its language? Along with language learning, I have a passion for cooking food and international cuisine, so learning how to cook Japanese food has been rewarding to me. Health is a very important part of my life, and so I take exercise seriously through going to the gym and exploring Tokyo on foot.
