I am a passionate and energetic yogi who is here to guide and embrace your yoga practice. I completed my RYT 200 on the beautiful island of Koh Phanang in Thailand. I'm a certified Ashtanga yogi, but love having fun with vinyasa flows too. I've been teaching for a year and it's been a thrill to share my joy and knowledge of yoga. Smiling you'll connect with yourself through breath and movement.
