Japan has extremely high quality human resources and services. However, large companies dominate the higher rankings of Internet search results, leaving excellent freelancers and small to mid-sized companies buried. Also, existing agency fees are very expensive, limiting individuals' choices. We feel the Japan work environment is limiting these companies on how they can deliver services.
