I started to learn swimming from before I can remember. It was a prerequisite to join vacation at my grandmas with all my cousins as she lived by the sea. Joining a fun swimming competition on a family vacation I won my first little trophy. This way, swimming became an integral part of my childhood and teenager years as a competitive swimmer and swim instructor. For 3 years, I was a swim instructor for children aged 5-6 years old who were just beginning to learn how to swim. Swimming is a great work out for the whole body, it can be a life saving skill and make you feel more comfortable being at the beach or pool (for yourself or your children) and is also great for coordination. As much fun as I had teaching children, I would like to focus on helping adults to learn how to swim.
