At my last full time position at Narita I was strict with my deadline as the company had a reputation of delivering goods on the same day as the order, which was never compromised. Other than processing customer's orders my duties involved answering queries via email as well as dealing with customers over the phone, website maintenance and keeping up to date with all the company social media sites. I had many opportunities to develop my own strategic plans as well as work as a team. I am detail-orientated and efficient in the task I am given and meet my deadlines through strict time management. I am not afraid to get creative and come up with solutions to better current process however at the same time I am able to follow directions and continue implementing existing strategies as well. I have more than a year’s experience of phone counseling which has taught me patience and made me a great listener. I have the ability to keep intimate client details confidential and respect their privacy. My experience and training as a phone counselor has helped me deal with difficult clients in an efficient and empathetic manner. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid educational foundation and a passion to work towards enhancing myself as well as benefit the people around me. I am a permanent resident of Japan.
