Hello, my name is Jerry. I am an American born and raised in Hawaii. I live and teach English in Tokyo
経歴・資格
I have more than 20 years teaching experience and a team of well trained and experienced teachers. We teach children from 1st grade up to adults in many different programs. We also specialize in tutoring Elementary, Junior High and High School students attending an International schooll here in Japan. I specialize in creating and organizing curriculum and logistical orgnanization of classes, as well as having a firm grasp of English aquisition and how to get students to learn English well.
お仕事で心がけていること
人を助ける為に努力することや挑戦することが好きです。学習者１人１人の明確な学習スタイルを見つけ出す為の独創的な戦略アイデアを考えることも好きです。講師として今までに様々な年齢層や全く異なるタイプの学習者を指導してきましたが、講師としての自分の熱意は全く変わりません。人に対する熱意や人間関係を築くことと同じくらいの熱意をこの仕事に対しても持っています。生徒と講師としての自分との共生関係を築くことが講師になることの魅力の１つだと感じています。自分の仕事で最も素晴らしいことは、毎日が新しい挑戦・新しい機会であること、同じことの繰り返しではないという点です。
