Catherine was very punctual in both her communication and arriving on the day; she did an excellent job cleaning and we particularly liked how she nicely arranged and cleaned up lots of the clutter we had as part of the more thorough cleaning she performed. Everything was excellent aside from accidentally dropping a small fragile and possibly poorly placed item we had, which she apologized for.
