I have been training virtually every week with Robert Daoust as my instructor for more than four years now (general training, not martial arts). He was highly recommended to me by a good friend who had also trained regularly with him for a few years. When I first began training with Robert, I was relatively out of shape. He was quick to grasp what I was capable of and what I needed in order to improve. He gave me a well-balanced program of flexibility, strength and cardio training, through which he has never ceased pushing me to the next level. I also enrolled in his nutrition program, which has provided me with some extremely valuable advice on diet and lifestyle.
